Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Cheddar Scones

Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 stick Unsalted Butter, cold
2 each Eggs
2 small Apples, peeled & finely chopped
2 1/3 cups Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cheddar, shredded
3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Milk

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Cut cold butter into the flour mixture until a course cornmeal consistency is developed. In the mixing bowl, make a well in the flour mixture; add eggs, 1/3 cup milk, maple syrup, apples and cheese. Mix until just combined, flip out onto a lightly floured surface and knead in additional flour if too sticky. Dough will be slightly sticky. Pat into a round disk about 1 inch thick, cut into 8 triangles. Transfer each scone to a greased baking sheet. Brush with extra milk and top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Great with tea or coffee.

Ingredients:
1/2 each Pineapple
1/2 each Cantaloupe Melon or Honey Dew Melon
1/2 bag Green or Red Grapes
1 pint Strawberries
1 brick Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cheddar
1 package Bamboo Skewers

Cooking Directions:
Clean and cube the melons and pineapple into bite sizes pieces. Wash, clean and quarter strawberries. Wash and detach grapes from stems. Cube the cheese into 1/2" pieces. Arrange fruit and cheese alternately on the skewers. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Ingredients:
1 sleeve Honey Flavored Flakey Butter Biscuit, pop & fresh
1 cup Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cheddar, shredded
1/4 cup Honey
2 each Apples, peeled & thinly sliced

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a greased sheet pan arrange biscuits 1 inch apart. Top each biscuit with 1 Tbs of cheese, followed by the fruit. Top with additional 1 Tbs of cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes. While still hot, drizzle each biscuit with honey.

Ingredients:
2 loaves Frozen Bread Dough, white or wheat, thawed
1 stick Butter, melted
1/3 cup Cinnamon & Sugar
2 cups Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cheddar, shredded

Cooking Directions:
Pull dough out of freezer and place in refrigerator 12 hours prior to use. Grease a bundt pan and set aside. With a scissor, snip thawed dough in to 1 inch pieces. Dip each piece of dough into butter and then into cinnamon & sugar. Make a single layer of dough on the bottom, then top with half the cheese. Continue to layer dough and cheese until all dough is dipped and layered. (May end the layering process with either dough or cheese, does not matter) Cover and place in a warm area to rise for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once doubled in size, bake 25-30 minutes or until done.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 T Shortening melted or vegetable oil
1 T Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cheddar, shredded
Optional Blueberries - pieces

Cooking Directions:
Preheat greased griddle to 400 degrees.

Beat egg until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients (except cheese) until smooth. Pour 3 - 4 tablespoons batter onto hot griddle and sprinkle on shredded cheese. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around the edges, or until the pancake bubbles. Turn and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve with optional fruit on top.

Ingredients:
1 each Pie Shell, pre-made
6 cups Apples, peeled & thinly sliced
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cups Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cheddar, shredded

Topping
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 Quick Oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup Butter

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Toss apples and cheese together. Mix dry ingredients together, add to apples and cheese, stir and fold into crust. Topping Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Cover the top of the pie with crumb topping and bake 40-50 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Salad Noodles
2 stalks chopped Celery
1/4 Onion, diced
3/4 pound Henning's Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cheddar
1 cup Light Salad Dressing

Cooking Directions:
Cook noodles according to directions on the box - then cool - chop celery, onion. Cube Cinnamon Apple Pie Heritage Cinnamon Cheddar cheese, mix all ingredients - add more salad dressing to taste. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving to help blend the flavors together.
